 Fishing is one of those unique cross generational activities shared around the globe. With family friends or even strangers, fishing can reduce stress and improve your health and well being. Developing bonds that will help promote feelings of security and belonging will reduce stress. Reduced stress increases memory and mental focus. Impatience and irritability decrease and you sleep better.
